*Terms & Conditions: The $500 sign-on bonus will be paid out after the provider completes their first in-person therapy session with CPT code 90791 within 90 days of signing a Rula independent contractor agreement. Notes must be completed within 48 hours of the scheduled session per Rula’s timely documentation requirements. The location of service will be determined based on what’s indicated in the signed note. Sessions that are documented late, use a CPT code other than 90791, or are not marked as using an in-person location will not be eligible for the sign-on bonus. The payment will be processed within 1–2 pay cycles after the qualifying session is verified. Any misuse or misrepresentation related to this incentive, as determined by Rula, will be subject to review and may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the terms of the Network Access Agreement. All other provisions of the Network Access Agreement remain in full effect.
