I'm certified in Sex and Couples therapy working with couples and individuals on issues related to relationships, intimacy, and sex. I have ample experience working with Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Neurodivergence, LGBTQIA2S+ needs, gender exploration, and substance abuse. I see individuals, couples, and families. Currently, I teach at Pepperdine University. I am a discerning, encouraging, open-minded therapist who can help you feel like yourself again. My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate, yet direct when needed. I strive to create a shame-free environment of exploration. I know how difficult it can be to take the first step towards healing. I am an LGBTQIA2s+, Anti-Racist, and Sex-Positive therapist.
