In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, communication breakdowns, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. My style is warm, direct, and deeply engaged. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and understood while helping them connect the dots between past experiences, current patterns, and the changes they want to make.I am licensed to practice in Washington, DC, Virginia, and New York, and I accept Cigna and Aetna insurance.
