Welcome! My name is Michelle Cantrell and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who specializes in working with high functioning individuals and couples who "have it all" but feel like something is still missing in their lives. The clients I most frequently work with have often experienced significant career success and would describe themselves as driven and high functioning. However, they tend to struggle in their relationships at home, and they aren't quite sure how to enjoy the fruits of all their labor. As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist who has also had extensive training in treating complex trauma and PTSD, I know how to help people get unstuck, improve their relationships, and experience greater joy and well being in their lives.
