Dr. Katie Flanigan-Landeros, Licensed Psychologist I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions in adults. My work integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard behavioral treatment for OCD — with attachment-informed emotional processing, helping clients address both symptom patterns and the deeper emotional dynamics that maintain them. I have particular expertise working with high-functioning, thoughtful, and insight-oriented individuals, including gifted and twice-exceptional adults, who often struggle with perfectionism, overcontrol, and internalized pressure alongside OCD or anxiety. Therapy with me is structured, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods, while also creating space for emotional depth, meaning, and relational healing. I work with adults, their families, and loved ones navigating OCD subtypes, panic, phobias, depression, life transitions, and relationship strain connected to anxiety patterns. My goal is not only symptom reduction, but helping clients build greater psychological flexibility, self-trust, and a more sustainable way of relating to themselves and their world. I also conduct psychological assessments for ADHD and differential diagnosis for clarity and accommodations when needed.
