I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where you don't have to be alone with your thoughts and feelings anymore. A space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work collaboratively and cohesively with clients to reach their desired goals in a nonjudgmental and supportive environment. I specialize in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Dermatillomania (skin-picking). I utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals understand, decrease, manage and cope with the current symptoms they are experiencing.
