I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering in-person therapy in Los Angeles (Studio City & Sawtelle) and virtual therapy throughout California. While I work with a variety of presenting concerns, I often support individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overdrive, or disconnected from their bodies. My approach integrates mind and body, helping you build insight, regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
