I offer in psychotherapy services in West Los Angeles as well as Telehealth therapy services in California, Vermont, Idaho & Florida. I also offer Empowerment and Mental Performance Coaching services nationally. I work collaboratively with clients such as Adults, Athletes, Creatives, Students, LGBTQIA2s+, Chicane/Latine, and BIPOC individuals to unlock their fullest potential through targeted strategies and holistic support. My mission is to cultivate resilience & growth, optimize performance, and foster well-being. My therapeutic approach is founded on evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and responsive to the individual needs and preferences of the person. I believe In individualized care and treatment planning. My philosophy embraces diversity and cultural humility, honoring the unique backgrounds, identities, and perspectives of each individual I work with. I believe in inherent dignity, resilience, and capacity for growth within every individual. Grounded in empathy, compassion, and authenticity, my philosophy emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and come as they are. I acknowledge the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and recognize the significance of addressing the whole person in therapy. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help especially if you been advised against therapy.
