Hi! I’m Heather — a trauma-informed, EMDR-certified, Somatic Experiencing, boundary-setting enthusiast who helps adults get unstuck and actually enjoy living again. I’m licensed in VA, MD, DC, and NJ and specialize in evidence-based approaches that help clients reduce the impacts of trauma and chronic stress, find coping skills that actually work, and stop people pleasing. I’m also a coffee lover, a proud backpack-carrier of my elderly dog, and a weekly hiker who refuses to stop saying y’all even after losing most of my North Carolina accent.
